Claim management is one of the most important and challenging issue in projects in the world, and many of stakeholders of projects belive that the claims are one of the most destroyer in constraction industry. Growth of claims in construction projects has an inverse correlation with triangular goals of project management (time, cost and quality), so increasing claims cause extension of time and cost and decrease in project quality. Claims are natural trait in construction industry. However we can’t remove contingency of this claims but we can, by identify main causes of claims and relation between them, prevent from contingency them in future projects. In this research, research data have been collected by literature review studies and interview with expert was conducted to identify the 34 causes of claims in construction projects. Then these causes by questionnaire in cluding frequency and intensity of impactwere distributed among experts. Then according to the result of this questionnairesthe most important causes of claim in construction projects are determined that they are contained 10 causes.a model for relationship between causes of claim in construction projects has designed byInterpretive structural modeling. At the end some suggestions has been presented to prevent the claim or to manage them. These corrective solutions have been presented base on model in 4 stage in procedure of project. research results show that between claims causes, these causes: selecting contractor on base low price without notice to qualification and technical ability, ambiguities in contract documents and clauses, unexpected change in exchange and interest and low price of contract due to high competition, have a significant effect and impressment on other causes, so they play important roles in preventing or decreasing claims. Today, the role of knowledge-based companies has grown as one of the key pillars of the resistance economy. Considering the importance of the ability, expertise, and skills of these companies, consideration of the mental, emotional, and interactive characteristics of the company is an essential precondition for the realization of the goals in the knowledge-based companies. The higher the degree of affiliation of the company to the knowledge workers, the more meaningful the concept of performance management will be. However, so far, in the field of knowledge workers' performance, it has been evaluating the performance of these categories of employees. The prevailing characteristics of performance evaluation systems can be seen as the tangent, downside, downside and low level of integrity and effectiveness of the entire system. The research is composed of two stages. With a library study and a review of the research background, an eight-stage performance management model process was extracted. In the first step, after interviewing 16 experts , using the qualitative method of the analysis, the dimensions (stages) of the performance management process of knowledge workers were analyzed. In the second step, the research was conducted using the Structural-Interpretative Modeling (ISM) approach and the use of expert judgment to design a model for the performance management process of knowledge workers in knowledgeable Based companies. Performing the concurrent analysis of organizational, departmental and individual scales alongside macro and micro levels of abstraction in temporal, spatial and event-driven contexts may significantly clarify the concept of learning, and develops the opportunities for effective policy making accordingly. It would also help to improve the performance indicators of the system and its involved agents globally. Due to Ignorance of aforementioned concurrent analysis, the relationship between organizational learning and learning in lower scales has been ambiguous, and monitoring the effect of organizational learning on organization performance indicators has been neglected. Hence, whether organizational learning is an effective factor in the amplitude of organization competitive advantages or not has remained a serious question yet. However, a potential solution to this question has got conceivable through the multi-method system modeling perspective. Design and analysis of integrated multi-scale learning in organizations are now possible through hybrid modeling and simulation and the extended methodology presented in this research along with the related architecture. The outcome is a plain platform which embraces lucid modeling of complex abstract concepts including learning in organizations comprehensively. Future case studies may be required to further confirm the applicability of this methodology and underpin its administrative value. Manuscript profile

Today, bank Businesses are pressured by their stakeholders to address sustainability issues in their activities. Consequently, attention to sustainability and social responsibility in the banking business is increasing day by day. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to provide a framework for sustainability in bank Business. To this end, by using the Meta-synthesis approach, the 268 open codes related to sustainability in the banking industry were extracted from related articles and related studies and these open codes formed 59 axial codes. Then, these axial codes were categorized based on similarities in concepts to 10 themes of economic partnership, financial factors, energy use, environmental action, community participation, development of human resources, customer relationship, products and services, human rights issue , and governance. In the following, they were categorized into four including economic, social, and environmental and governance sustainability. Moreover, ISM structured the relationships between the themes while leveling them in a structural model based on the experts’ interprets. According to the results, the theme of human rights is at the lowest level and considered as the basis for bank sustainability. In addition, human rights, human resources, products and services, and customer relationship themes were placed in the independent area of the MICMAC chart that shows the key role and influence of these factors on other factors in the sustainability of bank business. From a resource-based view, service delivery relies heavily on the resources and capabilities of the organization to create sustainable competitive advantage over the long term. In reviewing the literature, no research has been conducted on the relationship between dimensions and criteria of the service capability apart from firm performance and the relationship network and their effectiveness have not been analyzed and the focus of the research has been on the relationship between dimensions and firm performance. The purpose of this study is identify the service capability criteria and use interpretive structural modeling to structure the relationships between these criteria as well as the use of the fuzzy MICMAC analysis to cluster the criteria. Therefore, based on a resource-based view, the service dimensions and capabilities including management, organizational, marketing and service quality were comprehensively identified and extracted through subject literature and interviews with 11 experts. The results showed that according to ISM model "Corporate quality", "interactive quality", "planning, control and integration of activities" and "differentiation of activities and level of centralization" are important criteria that are the basis of the structure of capability services are considered and also with respect to the fuzzy MICMAC analysis the criteria of "analysis and formulation of the strategy", "planning, control and integration of activities" and "physical quality" were classified as the "most important" criteria of service capabilities that have high power to influence they have other criteria, so Iran's small enterprises need to take major steps to strengthen this criteria Manuscript profile

Nowadays, choosing the most effective and optimum strategy for selecting and assigning students to the target schools due to its great impact on the quality and quantity of education is one of the important concerns of the educational institution. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the appropriate criteria for appropriate selection of students, taking into account the standards and educational needs of students. In this research, from the perspective of the academic level, the student-to-school distance and the ideal planning approach, a decision-making model with distinct goals for selecting and assigning students to nonprofit and governmental schools is presented. According to the proposed method, firstly, the assessment of the students is carried out in relation to the schools in the target area, with two approaches of distance between the student and the target school and the academic level correspondence. The results of these assessment, based on the new and applied BWM, determining the weight of the academic level and the distance to the school by each student toward the school. In the next step, based on the level of science weights and the distance between each student and school, ideal planning modelling is revised for each student. In this case, the specified weights are the main inputs and the required ideal constraints are also considered. Finally, by solving the proposed model, the optimal assignment of students to each of the schools is done. After the students have been assigned to the target schools, we may encounter lack of capacity in some schools. In this case, by providing a flowchart, the way of students’ relocation to the standard capacity for all schools is explained. Also, due to the implementation of the proposed research methodology for allocating students to the schools belonging to the "Mallard" region, and conducting relevant evaluations and calculations, the sensitivity analysis has also been done. The final results of the sensitivity analysis of the proposed model indicate that the lack of consideration of the academic level approach causes changes in selection and allocation of students to schools. Therefore, the academic level should be taken into account in assessments related to the allocation of students to schools. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the layout design is to find the most efficient arrangement of equipment, manpower in departments or units in order to maximize productivity in product production. Existing heuristic models do not consider the organizations need to locate units within certain departments, but in practice many organizations need to design a layout that limits the location of units in their respective departments. Particularly for organizations with an operational organizational structure, and often each of the units in each executive department should be located in their own office. The purpose of this article is that in an organization composed of several main departments and each department comprising several units, optimal placement is made in such a way that the limits of locating the units within the departments that are similar to the work process are met. Many layout design problems are not suited to solve mathematical problems because some of the facilities need to be put together. In this paper, constraints are added to design the facility layout in specific departments and a mathematical model is proposed for optimization. The benefits of introducing departmental constraints are: Compared to existing models, it provides more pragmatic logic for layout and facility design, and can help improve computational efficiency by reducing overlap constraints across facilities. Objective: In Iran policymaking in higher education has been done by using a bureaucratic approach regardless of market and real demand for the disciplines, in recent years. Ignorance of the students’ priorities and their attitudes in choosing field of study has led to the unbalanced development of the higher education system and inability to respond to the needs of society. The aim of this study is to identify, evaluate and model effective factors in the utility of disciplines based on students’ attitudes. Methods: In this exploratory study, the private utility factors of disciplines from the students' points of view, in Tehran universities, were identified, categorized and analyzed simultaneously using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling technique (PLS-SEM) and Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. Results: The initial model of private utility of disciplines in this study had 5 constructs and 29 indicators, while the final model includes 3 constructs and 13 indicators. Finally, in addition to multi-group analysis for some nominal variables, the model and Private Utility Function for disciplines were presented. Private Utility Function can be used to measure and compare disciplines utility scores. Conclusion: This study contributes to the need for demand analysis of disciplines in policymaking in higher education. The final model showed that the private utility of disciplines depends on 3 constructs: field-characteristics, university-characteristics and job-characteristics. The students declared that only 13 of 29 indicators, were asked for, are important in choosing a field of study and the cost is not an effective variable. Based on the results, it is suggested that higher education policymakers focus on the constructs and indicators in order to lead students to prioritized area in development programs of country and manage the demand for other disciplines. Since, the cost was not an important variable in final model, financing policies for disciplines could be revised to optimize the government budget allocation. Manuscript profile

Innovation plays an important role in the banking industry, which is very competitive. In addition to their social responsibility obligations, banks are responsible for maximizing profitability and increasing shareholder wealth, and the only way for banks to achieve this desired result is through innovation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to test the conceptual model of factors affecting the development of service innovation in the banking industry. This research has been based on an applied-developmental goal. In this research, in the first stage, using structural-interpretive modeling, the conceptual model of factors affecting the development of service innovation in the banking industry has been developed and in the next stage, using the path-structural modeling, the developed model has been tested. To collect the data, two researcher-made questionnaires were used, which were distributed among the members of the statistical sample after determining their validity and reliability. The statistical population in the model development section, experts familiar with the subject and in the model testing section, all managers, heads of branches and their deputies in Bank Mellat have been. Accordingly, 13 experts and 108 managers, heads of departments and deputies participated in two parts of the study as a statistical sample. Findings while showing different relationships between the dimensions of service innovation development in the banking industry, show that the process of new service development is the most influential factor and the organization and management are the most influential factor in the development of bank service innovation. The purpose of this study is to present a practical model to strengthen the culture of tax paymentin Iranian enterprises. The statistical population of the study consists of university professors and tax experts who have been selected by purposive sampling. Finally, 15 university professors and experts answered the questions in the form of structured interviews. Experts in this study were people who have at least 10 years of experience in studying, teaching or working in the field of taxation. Also, to determine the reliability of the measuring instrument, the value of ICC coefficient in terms of compatibility and absolute agreement was approved. Interpretive structural modeling approach using Matlab software was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part. The results of the interpretive modeling section showed that the final model obtained consists of 6 levels. The factor of following the tax laws in relation to the subject of research and presenting a model for strengthening the culture of paying taxes is more effective and in contrast to the factors of religion and social media have the most impact and the least impact. Also, the results of Mick Mac analysis showed the first factor(electronic infrastructure), The second factor (effective tax rate),The fourth factor (management ability and attitude), the Seventh factor (justice and trust in the tax system), And the twelfth factor (transparency of tax policies) have been research's Strategic variables. Green human resources management, as a strong tool that takes the role of human factors, can help organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to protect the environment. This research has been carried out with the aim of systematically reviewing previous researches in the field of green human resources management, as well as identifying key elements and providing a structural model to implement the green human resources management process in the chemical and petrochemical industries of Bushehr province. By studying thematic literature and using the textual content analysis approach, six basic indicators were counted, and in order to localize them in order to implement green human resources management in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the Delphi technique was used in three rounds. The statistical population of the research was formed by managers and experts familiar with the subject and working in the field of petrochemical industries. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were also confirmed. In order to design the structural model of the effective indicators for the implementation of the green human resources management process, the interpretive structural modeling approach in the fuzzy environment was used to manage linguistic ambiguities in judgments. The results of the modeling and analysis of Mik Mak showed that individual, group and organizational indicators are among the basic and influential indicators in the field of Sabza's human resources management; Therefore, managers are suggested to emphasize and pay more attention to this group of indicators.
